Youngstown New York again. This is a view I have painted several times already, see last year here and just the other day here. As well as variations here, and here and no doubt a few more. This is just a short walk from where I work, so it tends to get somewhat overworked. I actually did this drawing at lunchtime and painted it when I got home. It didn't work out too badly I think.
