The weather was lovely at lunchtime, so nice that I actually sat outside to paint and completely forgot a meeting with my boss, for which I showed up more than 15 minutes late! This is looking East toward Fort George, just glimpsed through the trees. Behind the fort is the Niagara River. I used my homemade watercolour sketchbook for this one. I am glad I went out while I could, it is pouring with rain now, maybe it will encourage my grass seed to grow.
