This tiny plein air watercolour is from a couple of years ago but I think it was about this time of year. I have written about this building before here. It dates from around 1812.
Nice sketch. I love historical buildings. I read from your links how John Graves Simcoe lived in the building. That fascinated me because in 1781 Simcoe and Cornwallis were all over Tidewater Virginia not far from where I live.
